A clear list to help you capture wishes before they are needed.

- Choose clothing options if applicable
- Select a location for the service (funeral home, place of worship, sentimental place, graveside)
- Decide on flowers, or preferred charitable donations
- Choose pallbearers and who will officiate or participate
- Select music for the service
- Write an obituary or notes for what should be included
Documents and contacts
- Make sure your executor has a copy of the will
- Share important account information with a trusted person
- Designate someone as power of attorney
